Looking for good commuter car to buy?

Question

I'm looking to buy a new commuter car. 
Things I want are;
Bluetooth/hands free
Cruise Control
A/C
Power Windows
30+mpg
Prefer automatic, but will consider manual for the right car.

I'm thinking hatchback, would like to stay under, or not much over $20k
I typically drive a car 10-15 years, so it's got to last.

Any recommendations?
What to look at, what to stay away from.
I'm in no hurry. Just starting to research. I'll probably make a list of  cars I like, then hit a car show later this year and sit in them, adjust the list from there, make a short list, then start test driving.

My sister has a Chevy that has all of that... pretty neat.  Also check out the new Fords.
These new features are becoming more common and you may be able to find a good used car.

Chevy Cruze LT/ LTZ would be an option, Also Chevy Sonic. I've also heard a lot about the Cruze Diesel, But think the price would be out of your current budget. Hyundai Elantra, Mazda 3, Ford Focus also.  All would be good on your research list,

2012 Ford Focus Titanium. It has SYNC with MyFord Touch, leather seats, power seats, cruise control, power windows, and A/C. Can you even get a car without A/C anymore?
