1. No phone has a 10" display. That's clearly in tablet territory at that point.
2. There are several Windows Phones (mostly Nokia) but again none that have a 10"+ display
3. Technically none. What any mobile device would have is Office for Mobile
4. There are older Windows Phones that have QWERTY keyboards but none can run the latest version

The 2520 is a tablet, not a phone. It does not make normal cellular calls. You can use Skype or other VoIP applications with it, but you can't just dial a number and talk.
There are currently no telephones with screens that large. Asus is bringing out a 7" tablet/phone, but that is as large as you can get.
