The screen is broken completely, and I have no access to entering anything on it. When I went to iTunes, it told me to respond on my phone. Is there any other way? I don't want to loose my videos :(

If your computer is a PC and PC will still recognize it when you plug it into iTunes, you should see a PC prompt before going into iTunes. It looks like this. The PC will think your phone is a camera. Select 'import pics' and follow steps to offload to a file folder you want them in. Check the box to delete them once transferred too. Best luck.

If you had your videos uploaded to icloud you can download them from there. Otherwise sync your iphone, a normal sync shouldn't need you to respond, and try to access the photo/videos through that
