What elements from books 4 and 5 are in the new season of Game of Thrones?

I read on wikipedia that season 4 is "based on the third book, with elements from books 4 and 5." Can anyone give me an example of something that has happened that is from one of the later books? I'm just curious. I'm not worried about spoilers (my friends have already spoiled a lot for me. I knew about Joffrey before it happened). I'm in the process of reading the books (I'm on A Storm of Swords), but I'm just curious what they have incorporated into this season. Much appreciated :)

The storyline with Sansa Stark going to the Eyrie is from A Feast Of Crows ... And all of the stuff with Theon Greyjoy becoming "Reek" is from "A Dance With Dragons".

-- you sure about that? Martin said in a recent interview that he expects some books to be cut into two scenes for teh tv show. He expects doing this will buy him time to finish up the series and get well ahead of the tv show, since the show is quickly catching up with him.

Brienne's quest to find Sansa didn't start until the fourth book I believe.

Bran's story is a bit confusing because there are a lot of parts that weren't in the book, but it seems like his story is getting a little bit further than the third book. By the end of the third book they had just passed the wall.

I'm sure there are other elements, but I read the books in a row on my kindle, so it's hard for me to remember what happened in which book. I have not been able to watch the most recent episode of GoT, so I'm not completely up to date on that.
