Nope. I wouldn't want to be cheated on behind my back only to later find out that I am indirectly having sex with whomever they slept with.
Plus, if I am looking at others and take a romantic interest in someone else, even if it hurts this person, I would break off the relationship rather than have them put up with my cheating. The person deserves respect; they're not a piece of meat.
