winload.exe missing or corrupt Dell desktop windows 7?

Hi I tried to do factory restore with F8 and it would simply skip to opening windows normally, then when I tried the other option it tells me that my winload.exe is missing or corrupt.

Can I download this from internet somehow?

I've read somewhere that I can copy winload.exe from a working computer with windows 7 and copy to my windows via usb drive. How can I do that? Where do I go etc?

Any other solutions for this problem? I don't have any restore cd's dvd's etc.

If windows opens normally try upgrading using windows anytime upgrade.
