how unlikely is it that a team wins 19 of 20 games?

person I know has attended 20 local AAA games, watching a home team who usually wins 60% of their home games. They have won 19 of those 20 games.

How unlikely is that?

if we assume that the home team has a 60% chance of winning each match then this is an example of binomial probability. The probability of them winning exactly 19 out of 20 games is
20C19 x 0.6^19 x 0.4
= 20 x 0.00006094 x 0.4 = 0.0005 approx.
