Corvette with 100K what would you pay?

Below is the post.
I will call the guy this weekend. What do you say on this one.
He is only asking $5500.
100,000 miles seems high to me.
Tell me please.
Thanks.

I've had a few vettes in my days, but the best thing is to look on craigslist, or autotrader or even ebay and see what they are selling for.. not what they're listed for. IMO the 80's aren't as good as the 70's and 90's. My last one was a 94, the engine was very strong and powerful. I believe in the late 70's and 80's they were going thru the biggest power loss in the engines due to all the environmental issues the automakers were facing. But... a vette is still a vette. LOL

Also check online with kelly or edmunds blue book values, they will give trade in and resale values of the car with the options it has.

Good luck with whatever you get.

That is a good price for that car if there are no major issues.

$5500? Yikes! Hate to say it but the C4 aint exactly a collectors item, 85? I believe that's the L98 engine, what a turd, around 250 hp if my memory serves me correctly, hell my wifes Nissan makes more hp and weighs half as much,
