Would it look weird to wear it with black pinstripe pants? Black solid pants?
Also I have a darkish grey blazer/jacket, what should i wear with this? Black pants? Grey pants? Should it be the exact same shade of grey?

Your blazer looks great and you can wear them with jeans skirt or black pant. In case of grey blazer you can match it up with black pant or sandal color pant.

In my opinion you should wear a blouse in a light color, either light or pastel tones so that you can highlight in front of the blazer, black pants as to go well and heels obviously
