Nothing seems to help for me. Impossible to copy-paste because the rectangle (answer box) seems to shrink up. Well, sometimes I can copy & put in an email draft, but it's a big hassle & often just wasted time for even answering with answer totally lost.

Yes it happens from time to time with no rhyme or reason.

I've been having trouble on and off for a couple of weeks. Half the time submit won't even come up. Good luck refreshing the page, because it won't work on this one. I have a strange feeling that the problem will be rectified when the millions of people who are affected by this, jam up the whole site when they all complain at the same time, assuming the submit button works.

and sometimes the button does not even appear & then I need to copy the answer & hit the refresh button and then resubmit if the send button appears.

Has been some complaining but it might work if you refresh the page using F5.
Right now there wasn't any problem to submit this answer.

Yes, has been going on since the new format. I also get a lot of "no data received" when trying to get to yahoo answers page. Sometimes I just give up and do something else.
