A couple of questions about american toads?

1.) How many eggs will they lay?
Hundreds.
If they had actually bred, you would already have the eggs, and you could count them. Toads fertilize their eggs externally, meaning, AFTER they have exited the females body.

2.) How should i go about getting the female to lay her eggs in the container i have?
Put her in it- along with the male.

3.) Where can i sell them as eggs or tadpoles or maybe young toads?
Release them- there is no market for American toad tadpoles.

4.) if i can't sell them what should i do?
Release them where you found the adults.

5.) would it be safe to release them?
Yes, as long as you release them where you found the adults.


6.) how do i keep the tadpoles from breeding with each other if they try to?
They won't.

7.) the mother doesn't have to be with the eggs does she?
No.

8.) how much do toads sell for?
Zero

9.) how often do i feed the tadpoles?
Daily.
