I don't recommend laxatives.
Raw plant foods are fibrous, full of water and enzymes which will make your bowels flow like nature intended.

Sister,
Although both the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association have stated that properly-planned vegan diets are healthy, there are currently NO mainstream health/nutrition organizations that have approved raw vegan diets.
Although I've been a vegan for 23 years, I worry about your motivation for beginning a raw vegan diet. In one of your publicly-posted questions on Yahoo, you stated that you sometimes starve yourself, and that you binge on food: /question/index?qid=20140525193133AAontql . Sister, this is horribly unhealthy for your body and mind.
I want to strongly encourage you to seek help in learning about healthy, nutritionally-complete eating. There are community programs that you might find useful. Here are a few:

i did vegan for 3 days too last week, & i had none of what you're experiencing besides the bowel movement; which is expected if you're eating nothing but raw fruits & vegetables all day. if you're not pooping enough, then you need more fiber in your diet; so try buying some fiber 1 bars or some fiber cereal or something like that. i don't know about the oily face thing.... but everyone's different.

Laxatives are generally not a good idea in most cases. Be aware that starting such a diet should be talked about with a licensed nutritionist, as you are choosing to eat a diet that will set you up for severe nutritional deficiencies unless you are very careful. You will also need special supplements.
