can I change how I receive my federal return after filing?

I filed my taxes march 4th, it was an injured spouse return. So, today, June 18th im finally scheduled to reveive my return but my card denied the funds because it exceeds the maximum monthly load (its a prepaid amex). So, now what do I do??

You should receive a check in the mail in about 3-4 weeks.

Contact the IRS - as long as you are not a Republican they will assist you in returning the refund to you faster than if you did nothing about it.
