All good so far except for two parts, viz., the power supply and the graphics card; and I've information about a CPU cooler to handle 220W.
ASUSTeK Computer has been a little skimpy on power supplies for the M- and CM-series mid-towers for the consumer market, as I found the hard way with a CM1630-06 that shipped with a 300W LiteOn® - no +3.3VDC to the SATA, which is a specvio. >-( Recommend a truly-OEM-grade PSU: The Antec® High Current Pro™ 850, which has, in addition to a +12VDC rail for most of your system, a dedicated +12VDC rail for the CPU and two more for the graphics card.
Concerning graphics, Advanced Micro Devices® and nVIDIA® have had a long history of hardware conflicts dating back to ATi Technologies as an independent company. The M5A78L-M packs a planar ATi® Radeon® RV600 as part of the 760G chipset, which contraindicates the entire GeForce® range. I've had no problems with the Asus® EAH6850 DirectCU® video card on my CM1630-06, but it packs only a 2.9 GHz dual-core (in the form of the Athlon II® X2 220); while the FX-9370 runs at up to 4.7 GHz.The best available card for your requirements appears to be the Asus® R9290X-4GD5, a 512-bit model with comparable throughput to the MSI® N760-TF-2GD5/OC (direct competitor to the Asus® GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5) originally proposed.
For a CPU cooler for a 220W Socket AM3+, the best available at this time is the Noctua® C14, an oversize model developed in Austria.
Addendum: starpc11's Answer had me re-check Asus.com: The Asus® M5A99FX PRO R2.0 would require a larger case than the Rosewill® model proposed, e.g. the Antec® Twelve Hundred, which is engineered to handle a standard ATX mobo.

the main thing i was looking at is the motherboard asus m5a78l not compatible with the amd fx 9370 need a amd 990fx chipset motherboard for the full function of the processor, the psu is to low for the system need at least a 650 watt everything else is okay

It seems okay, except for the 450W power supply, according my calculations, that system will need to consume at least 469W of power, so I would suggest that you get at least a 550W or higher PSU to be safe. That FX9370 is a major power drinker.
