Where in Bangalore do we get decent meals for Rs. 100 max, taxes and service charges inclusive?

Question

Please note:
1. It should be a decent restaurant. Need not be 5-star or deluxe one, but it should not be a roadside dhaba or thela (hand drawn or Maruti) as well.
2. The food should be decent one, need not be malai kofta or butter paneer/ch, but not dal roti either.
3. Ambiance should be decent and hygienic.
4. Preferably around Airport Road (Yelahanka/Jakkur/Sahakara Nagar etc). But one can also mention elsewhere.
5. Service time around 5-10 minutes.

Also note:
1. McDonalds and Subway offer meals, but they are always more than Rs. 100, which cannot be afforded on daily basis. Also, eating daily in these places is not recommended.
2. You may get even for less than Rs. 100 in some roadside restaurants, but they are not hygienic, and ambiance is poor.

The current situation is such that I need to have it outside most of the times for about a month.

swathi on hyd/bellary road  near sahakarnagara is okay 
immediately after kogilu cross there is one lodging on the right side ,where they  have restaurant also(food is just okay but  not upto the mark)

near icici bank in sahakaranagara main road (very near to ring road) there is one  hotel and food here is also okay

added:  there is one more on the bellary/hyd main road itself., immediately after bytrayanpura cross ( to you left when you proceed from hebbala towards airport.,on first floor ) this is probably an andhra restaurant

Almost in every places of Bangalore. But not with good ambiance. But in respect of hygienic most of the south Indian Hotels are ok. As Rs.100 is concerned to be compromise with other factors.
