Has anyone received a strange, grey envelope or package from Fushon, China recently?

I recently received something in the mail the other day from Fushon, China. It was a flat, empty, grayish envelope with Cantonese words printed on it. There was a Chinese customs label that said in English the contents was membrane. I just wonder if anyone else received such an item

My son has been receiving these almost daily form the last 2 months. Yesterday alone he received 56 separate envelopes - all were empty.

No idea why these started or continue.
