No but I have a number of friends who have & do it regularly. All said it usually goes without a hitch & any problems are only minor . Usually results in more referrals & longer stays down the track.

My son only done it once, thought it was a great idea, bit of cost savings. He didn't think it was a good idea when they got back.
The trash wasn't taken out, and the house stank, seems they allowed their kids to draw on one of the walls in the living room.
It cost them more than it was worth Oz.
