on drum brakes, the adjustment may be off. at the same time a pinched or damaged line can do that in either typed of brakes. since you say that a cylinder was replaced, i have to assume that you have drums in the rear, the e brake may have been over adjusted or a lack of lubrication may be a factor....Show more
