1. San Antonio: You can't go against the champs.
2. Oklahoma City: If Scott Brooks decides to start coaching, this team definently can beat San Antonio in a 7 game series.
3. Chicago: Even if Rose isn't his old self, the added offense of he, McDermott, and Gasol to an already outstanding defense makes the favorite to win the East.
4. Cleveland Cavaliers: No matter what decision they make, as long as Kyrie and LeBron are there, this team will contend.
5. Portland Trail Blazers: Damian Lillard is rising on the point guard rankings.
6. Memphis Grizzlies: Yeah, sure, hate all you want, but this team is gooooood. Marc Gasol missed a chunk of last season with an MCL injury. If it weren't for that, this team would've been top 5 in the West.
7. Dallas Mavericks: Busy offseason. A lot of nice adds.
8. Miami Heat: This team is still up there.
9. Washington Wizards: Young, but dominant and added a vet with Pierce.
10. Charlotte Bobcats: Lance Stephenson

In order this is just my opinion:
1) Spurs
2) Chicago (if Rose is healthy)
3) Thunder
4) Cleveland
5) Miami (even with LeBron gone, they still have Wade and Bosh and now Luol Deng and others)
5) Clippers
6) Indiana
7) Houston
8) Warriors
9) Wizards
10) Dallas (Dirk, Ellis, Parsons, Chandler, Devin Harris is a team that you don't want to mess with)

The spurs in my opinion are the best team by far right now not just cause I'm from San Antonio and am still in San Antonio but because after free agency we still kept the big pieces from last years championship squad the other nine are
2-Cleavland
3-Hornets
4-Chicago
5-Houston
6-Memphis
7-lakers
8-Miami
9-Denver
10-bucks

well we will find out soon enough, but in my opinion after free agency the top ten are Spurs, Warriors, Blazers, Thunder, Clippers, Bulls, Cavs, Raptors, Hornets, Rockets (in no particular order). You may think Hornets is a weird pick, but hear me out. Lance Stephenson, Kemba Walker and Al Jefferson is a great trio and their roster is packed with potential. Vonleh and Hairston are going to be good, and Kidd-Gilchrist might just have a breakout season.
