What's causing my friend's body odor?

My Friend has the worst smelling body odor ever. It is straight up rancid. His diet consists of Monster Energy, Hot Pockets, pizza, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, 0 vegetables, gravy, chips, taco bake, etc. He shakes uncontrollably and smells so incredibly bad that it is near impossible to be next to him. What the hell is going on and why?

IF he's actually keeping up with his showers, it could be something in his diet or a reaction to the deodorant that he uses.
Try different deodorants.
