The Fisher-Wallace stimulator good or bad?

This device is supposed to cure depression. WTF have people been buying anti-depressants, when this thing does the job better?

The practice of medicine is driven by profit motive of pharmaceuticals. Doctors have been trained in that model and psychiatrists profit from patients returning repeatedly to their office for modifications to medications. The Fisher Wallace and Alpha-Stim stimulators are manufactured by small companies with small marketing budgets.

My mother tried it and sent it back to the company. After 6 days of using it, she had a headache and nausea that lasted 4 days after she stopped using it. She said she also felt a motion type sickness, the kind you get from sea sickness. The cost of this thing is insane. there are similar devices on the market that do the exact same thing for 200 dollars. Fisher Wallace offers a return policy, but it still ended up costing my mother 70 dollars to try it for a few days.
