Water in my refrigerator?

I have a GE Profile Arctica refrigerator with the freezer on top. Water is leaking into my refrigerator and pooling on the shelves--not in the bottom, but even on the upper shelves. It then freezes and I have to chip my milk cartons out to use them. Anyone know what the problem is?

The drain in your freezer compartment is blocked and the thst is set too cold.
