In any version of the Bible are there accounts of humans that became angels? And yes I know that would be a step down since deceased humans in Christ are higher than angelic beings. If not in the bible then in the Koran or the Torah?
Jesus. His life actually began in heaven as an angel before Jehovah performed a miracle to have him born here on earth. But after he died and was resurrected he returned back to his angelic form.
Jesus Christ is called “the firstborn from the dead.” (Col 1:18) He was the first ever to be resurrected to everlasting life. And his resurrection was “in the spirit,” to life in heaven. (1Pe 3:18) Moreover, he was raised to a higher form of life and a higher position than that which he had held in the heavens prior to coming to earth. He was granted immortality and incorruption, which no creature in the flesh can have, and was made “higher than the heavens,” second only to Jehovah God in the universe. (Heb 7:26; 1Ti 6:14-16; Php 2:9-11; Ac 2:34; 1Co 15:27) His resurrection was performed by Jehovah God himself.—Ac 3:15; 5:30; Ro 4:24; 10:9.
Actually angels and man are two separate creatures. Angels can not procreate and it's very unlikely God would need to create more of them being that being God He would had already known how many He had to create before He created them. So I don't see the populations of the angels loyal to God and the fallen angels increasing in their numbers. I believe the angels were a one time creation.
As for man the way God created man they could procreate in which they multiplied but man was created after the angels. And unlike the angels man has a soul which the angels do not have because they have no earthly bodies they are incorporeal spirits.
As for the angels that never disobeyed God they are actually above man not bellow man with the only exception of the Blessed Virgin Mary because of her Divine Son Jesus (God). The reason why is because the angels that never disobeyed God, never disobeyed God. As for man because we conceived of sinful flesh and by our very human nature are disobedient man was a fallen creature. It's through Christ that man is "made" obedient which is why the righteous can enter into the Kingdom of Heaven without Christ there is no Kingdom of Heaven for any of mankind.
God favors the Blessed Virgin Mary over the angels, God favors the angels over man (righteous). But in relation to this favoritism with God it's as thin as a sheet of paper.
As for the Devil, the fallen angels, and man (unrighteous) they are not in favor with God and never will be in favor with God.
There is a scripture where the disciples think that Peter's angel has shown up. It was Peter and he had been supernaturally released from jail. There is speculation about why a figure that looked exactly like Peter would be called Peter's angel. When he realized this, he went to the house of Mary, the mother of John whose other name was Mark, where many were gathered together and were praying. And when he knocked at the door of the gateway, a maid named Rhoda came to answer. Recognizing Peter's voice, in her joy she did not open the gate but ran in and told that Peter was standing at the gate. They said to her, "You are mad." But she insisted that it was so. They said, "It is his angel!" But Peter continued knocking; and when they opened, they saw him and were amazed. But motioning to them with his hand to be silent, he described to them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, "Tell this to James and to the brethren." Then he departed and went to another place. (Acts 12:12-17 RSV) Earlier an angel showed up and released him from prison.
We say that in fact we are all of us angels in a way since we all came from a higher place to the lower place of the earth zone in order to carry out the wishes and tasks of our Lord Thy God as souls in incarnation( life after life ad infinitum.) there are two kingdoms... the angelic kingdom has 140 billions called devas/elementals the human has 60 billions of souls Amen.
