I have one down the street from where I work. Depending on the states they allowed in, and not that many the interest rate can be well over 300%, Once you are in there you wll be locked up for life. I would advise anyone of thinking about even do this with any payday loan company to go to their website and check the maximum that can be charged by state. They must disclose this info. More directly answer your question, it varies in each state. Some will allow every payday and some will limit but not much.
