Are you specifically looking for stats on USED CDs? In other words, you want to know about the best selling titles in the secondary market? Or are you looking for the highest price on an individual album sold in used condition?

Michael Jackson's Thriller according to Wikipedia. Says:
42.4 million: music recording sales certification
51-65 million: claimed sales.
Not too sure what that means but it's at the top of the lists.
