How long after taking prescription antibiotics would I notice side effects?

I was prescribed Fluconazole for the first time today. I have a history of having gastrointestinal distress after taking antibiotics, especially vomiting. How long after taking the antibiotic will I know whether my stomach will be upset or experience vomiting. Thanks for your help!!

This is really an anti-fungal agent, and not an antibiotic.
