I'd keep him in very shallow water(about an inch or two above the top of his shell) with about a third to a half dry land so he doesn't drown. Try putting some of the blood stopping powder on his injury and leave him in a dry area(no accessible swimming water) until it stops bleeding or for half an hour(whichever comes first). Then is just leave him alone in the enclosure(the one with water). Personally I would never use rubbing alcohol on a reptile, especially a turtle. It drys out their skin and the fumes can harm them. Try rinsing it in saline instead. And don't bandage it or anything as the bandage will still come off anyway. He can go back with the other one when it's fully healed and scarred up.

In my opinion I doubt he will die but I suggest take him to he vet as soon as possible they will bandage him up give him some medicine and what I think to do is to not have water in his tank well he heals so the bandage doesn't fall off.. Hope this helps :)
