the best degree for prospective employment?

HR is more stable but also more repetitive and boring as with careers such as accounting. PR is more varied and gives you more excitement though you may have to start out with lower pay. The best way is to consider what you could manage to do for the next 30-40 years and not grow tired or bored of it. It also depends on personality. someone more organized and structured may prefer HR. someone more creative and outgoing would def enjoy PR.
