How to tell if my hair is healthy or getting healthier?

I had to spend nine months on blood thinners for a health issue. One of the side effects was hair loss and just bad things happening to my hair in general. I've been off the blood thinners for nearly four months, and I've been taking vitamins and just trying to be nice to my hair overall (avoiding excessive heat styling, not doing things that will break it, etc), but the thing is, I haven't had healthy hair in so long because of the pills, that I can't tell how far along my hair is in the recovery process. What are some things I can look for?

The best shampoo for hair loss is a shampoo that does not contain any more chemicals that can worsen the condition. In my opinion, your best bet is to choose an argan oil tonic and shampoo that does not contain chemicals that can damage your hair and scalp further.

If you are losing hair, you should find out the reasons for it immediately because continuous hair thinning might resembles an underlying condition that you are not familiar of.

If you want to find a right shampoo and understand your condition further, there are further information available at the link below.
