What to wear on a date when it's hot outside but freezing inside?

I'm going on a first date with this guy I really like (and I think he really likes me). He's taking me out for a walk and then to lunch at a semi-casual restaurant. The only problem is I've been there (to the restaurant) a few times already, and its always freezing cold in there. Like, so cold to the point where I'm shivering and am covered in goosebumps every time I sit down. What should I wear? I want to look cute (obviously) and stay cool outside but warm inside. Any ideas?

I would wear maybe a knee length skirt with a short sleeved or tank top style blouse. Something wouldn't make you hot while your outside. But bring a light sweater that you can put on while you're in the restaurant. The shoes is something you can pick yourself. Maybe a cute sandal, flat or maybe even a wedge. Have fun and good luck!.

I would keep it causal since that is the idea of the date wear a pair of jeans and a plain black or white tank top and sandals. I would bring a lightweight cardigan in your purse for the restaurant. Or if the restaurant has outdoor seating sit outside

1.Maxi dress with jean jacket 
2.Crop top and a maxi skirt with a jean jacket 
3.High waisted jeans with a long sleeved crop top.
