0-60, 0-100 times. How to make my car faster?

Ok so my automatic 2008 dodge avenger rt awd does 0-60 in ~7.5 seconds and 0-100 in ~18. They stay about the same with esp fully on and with esp partially off. But i cant figure out how to get it 100% off and if that would help my times? I've tried the "key trick" and holding the button. Also any ideas on how i can get my times faster without major upgrades.

Your road car does not need to accelerate any faster than that.
