I just became allergic to a food and I don't know what it is?

Recently, I started to get an itchy throat almost every time I ate something. I'm not sue what I'm allergic to but I'm pretty sure it's relates to either bread or meat, because its the things I eat more than anything. I'm 22 and it's just starting to develop. I think I got it from my mom. I've very occasionally gotten the same itchy throat reaction throughout my life but it's more common than ever. What should I do?

Try this first, before you spend money on allergy tests. Take all bread (eat) out of your diet for 2 weeks. Keep in mind that any food processed food or fast food may have hidden wheat, so stick to veggies, meat and fruit. Then eat one piece of bread. See what happens. Staying away from it will usually make the reaction very evident when you start eating it again. Then iIf you feel that it is NOT bread, do the same with meat. If you normally do lots of beef, skip it first. If you eat lots of bacon and pork, do that first. Get my point ? If you find out which food causes your itching, then you can start avoiding it. I know it isn't easy to have food allergies, but if staying away from your allergy makes your life better...it is worth it.

You need to visit a clinic...
