What temperature do you start to feel cold?
It's about 80-85 today outside and I just saw someone wearing a heavy sweater along with a sweatshirt. When I asked why, she said it was because it was cold outside. What?! What do you find cold? Personally, I don't start wearing a sweater/jacket until it gets to about 55-60.
