I'm baffled by the new YA changes. Can you no longer answer anonymously?

No more room for details following your question? What does "Discover" mean? Where is the change announced or explained? Is there a way to say "no" to it? I can't enjoy YA with this format at all. YA on my Kindle still looks familiar, with Recommendations, etc.

Hi there,
Yes, we've announced the changes on our blog here: http://yahooanswers.tumblr.com/post/98750947217/yahoo-answers-new-navigation and here: http://yahooanswers.tumblr.com/post/98821902062/discover-answers-tab

And more blogs to come!

On asking a question, you first ask the question, then click Details, add your details and THEN click submit. We haven't taken details away or posting anonymous. If you go to your question, click on the pencil icon, there you can mark yourself anonymous. None of that has changed in the new navigation.

Yes, you can still answer anonymously. You have to submit the answer first and then go back and edit to make it anonymous. Just like I did.

Yes you can. You must click on the question which opens it in the old format. The pencil icon is there.

Of course you can. Answer, then open the question after posting your answer and you see the edit pencil as usual.

I have issues of "awarding a best answer" and "adding more info"
