I'm just genuinely curious. It's basically taking video or pictures of (mostly) women and often putting it up on a website. I had no idea this existed until today, someone showed me a website and I was pretty disturbed. I wanted to find those women and tell them.

People can not expect privacy when out in public. A woman crosses her legs in a short skirt and if a guy catches a glimpse of her panties or lack thereof it's not his fault. If a woman has a low cut blouse and her boobs show...same thing. If she appears on a website she can ask to have her picture removed and it may or may not be removed. Now if she's in the privacy of her own home and some voyeur films her through a window then he's in deep trouble.
