Is it okay to take DayQuil after taking an Ibuprofen?

so i feel awful and like 2 or 3 hours ago i took a (200mg i think) ibuprofen pill because i thought it was just some minor terrible feeling but i'm pretty sure i'm coming down with a fever or something, so i want to take some dayquil. I just needed to know if that was safe

It should be fine.  Dayquil contains Acetaminophen, and you want to be careful with that stuff.  Ibuprofen is much safer to load up on, but if you are not an alcoholic, you should be completely safe to do so.  Unless, of course, you are allergic to Acetaminophen.  Personally, I totally avoid it.  It will kill a cat, you know.
