Do you think that a good Creator would keep the consequences of our evil actions from affecting the innocent.?

Most people agree, I think, that we should suffer for our own evil deeds but so often the innocent suffer. Would we have God protect the innocent from the evil deeds of others? And how would that work? How could it work?

How exactly can God give us free will AND protect the innocent from the evil choices of others? He can't without taking others free agency away from them. Ultimately God will judge with perfect fairness and love, mercy & justice so from an eternal perspective alll things will be made right. In this life -which is brief and temporary we live together - the good the bad, the just with the unjust and life isn't fair - we were never promised it would be. Only that it would be WORTH it! Keeping an eternal perspective about such things is what makes it all okay.

We are in Nature for a reason. Since we are in Nature, we are going to suffer. A lot. Even just from being mortal, much suffering must happen.

All people and their actions (some evil) are also part of Nature.

No one gets complete escape from the suffering. Everyone is heading to the gallows -- we are mortal.....

But...some will be departing from the gallows....

God made a perfect paradise where good and evil were not even considerations. But that wasn't good enough for Adam. He traded paradise for some forbidden knowledge of good and evil. And that's when/where the problem arose.

So blame Adam - not God. The world we live in today is NOT the world that God planned for his people.

NOW YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DO THINGS OUR WAYS AND NOT GOD'S!

That would defy earth's physical and law of gravity system. If you shake a tree the apples will drop. If you do drugs while pregnant your child will be born with physical deformities. Whatever you do now affects the next generation. The more resources we waste today will directly affect our future children and grandchildren.

That's just how the cookie crumbles.

Think about it.
You "see" people doing horrific things.
You do not see angels doing horrific things.
You do not see God doing horrific things.
You do not believe two of the three do horrific things.
Therefore, The spiritual world does not do horrific things.
.
Which is true to an extent.
"Evil" is a secular thing.
"God" is a spiritual thing.
God is known to have created "All Things" in the spiritual.
If you believe in "evil," then it is included as something God created.
Therefore, God created evil.
To create evil is to be evil.
Therefore, God is evil.
.
Since you do not believe such, God is not evil. Evil does not exist because God would not create it. Yet you see evil, so evil must exist.
As I said earlier, THIS is the secular. God is in the spiritual.
God creates in the Spiritual for you to be here in the secular.
God is not evil. So God does not create evil souls. All souls are acceptable. We have evil in this reality, but God does not create evil so He does not allow evil to exist in the spiritual or secular. When you arrive in the spiritual, you are not evil
This is how "keeps the consequensces of "our evil' actions from affecting the innocent"...and everyone else.
