Can I get into the Army or Army Reserve with HiSET (GED) diploma, and Technical College credits?

GED is not acceptable, technical college credits are not acceptable because they are from a for profit instituition. go to your local community colege.

They will have to be credits, at the 100 level or higher, from a regionally accredited college or university. Simple as that.

Key words being "100 level or higher" and most importantly "regionally accredited"

Depends on the exact college credits you have. Take your transcript and show it to the recruiter and they will give you the answer.
