Is it judgmental or sound to criticize large families?

There's a debate on a Baby Center post right now and I'm curious for Y!A opinions. I believe in the post a woman has like 13 or so kids. Some are arguing it's irresponsible, others are saying that it's rude to butt into other people's lives (that's the gist of it). Thoughts?

I have enough problems of my own to handle. If I take on more I am not going to be efficient enough to satisfy the demands I already have on my ability to solve problems.
