will being served divorce papers make him realize what he has done?
My husband left me and our two children a month ago and moved in with another woman and her two kids. The following week I met with an attny and just yesterday went and signed the papers to be filed with the court and to be served to him for divorce. He had no idea I have met with an attny or anything yet so it will be a shock for him as he believes I wouldn't do anything like this. But once he receives the divorce papers would it make him realize what he has done and that this is really happening? I have always forgave him for all he has done in the past (never anythianything to this extent but had talked to several women while we were together and I forgave him for it as it was sexual oriented and talk of meeting up) but this time is different and I have to do what is best for the kids and myself. Will he begin to regret his decision one he realizes I am not pining over him and am fine with his foolishness?
