HYUNDAI accent 01 Hard start each time i have to start the car like 3 times in hit the Gas pedal...have change starter,air filter,spark plug?

overlooked the gas filter - change it next. Then try cleaning the throttle body and throttle plate. After that, if still hard start have the car scanned for codes and any outstanding reprogrammings for the main computer for this problem.
