Baby drank an old bottle, what should I do?

I let my parents babysit and  they left half eaten bottles laying around. I usually have a system so I got confused and I grabbed the wrong one rather than the fresh one I'd just made. What should I do? Will my baby be okay? I just realized my mistake since I'm cleaning house and he's been asleep for a few hours.

My parents did this once when I was a baby and told me the story when I grew up. Nothing happened to me, I was old enough to recognize that it wasn't fresh and didn't drink a lot of it. Nothing serious happened though.
