As of Sept 03, 2014 Hagel issued a "Supplemental Guidance"
to the Boards for Correction of Military Records...
For those Veterans that were given an OTH and were
Later Diagnosed with PTSD...
Also covers those that were awaiting a MED Board for PTSD...
