My usps package tracking has not updated since November 26. Is it lost?

Hello i checked the tracking of my package today and last time it was updated was November 26 which was on my birthday. So its been a full week since it has been updated and this is the first time this happens to me. Is it lost or something? Here is what is says

contact the seller and have them check on it. Sometimes things get lost, other times they just are not scanned in. Or it could be the shipping partner printed the label out to have it show in the system as shipped when in fact the item has not actually gone out yet.
