I really love this song and want to play it. But I can't find the tab for it. I know it's a pretty simple blues shuffle in A, but the exact notes would be helpful as I'm just starting out learning guitar.
Here's a link to the song where you can kind of see Lennon's hands: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itaUoVsAqMs
So if you know of a link to the tab (not just chords), or of you could tab the main riffs yourself, that would really helpful. Thanks!

That's an interesting comparison because they are both so different. John Lennon's song is very sentimental, but Ian Curtis' song feels more soul searching to me. I think John Lennon was reflecting about his feelings and empathizing with others who might also feel alone, while Ian was expressing a frustration with the condition. The Joy Division song definitely has more angst. I also get a strange sense of irony from Joy Division's use of cheesy synths and such a simple song structure while describing a complex emotion so intimately. John Lennon's song is more beautiful, but I have to say I have a stronger appreciation for the Joy Division song here. In a cage match up, I pick Joy Division. .................. very interesting question.
well the chords are wrong.no 7ths.this is a boogie lick Played this for years.about 20.i have heard several recording of this intro is always the same ,leads are never the same just improvised.song books never get it right for a live rendition.I learned it off the original recording Was no tabs in my day .you listened and learned, As did the beatles when they first came out, as did just about every band in the day.you need to learn how to do that simple blues chunk.its the root of the song. no tab will help.
