Oops, I said New King James Version, I meant to say King James Version...

I know of no International Standard Version. I'm pretty sure no such version exists. [Edit: I was wrong, it does exist, but is not yet available in print. I am unfamiliar with it.]

Between the NKJV and YLT...there are pros and cons to each, but the YLT has a very idiosyncratic translation methodology - one unique to the sole translator. It is also > 100 years old, meaning that it lacks the benefit of the increase in knowledge in Biblical languages of the last 100 years. The NKJV, on the other hand, is the product of entire teams of appropriately-accredited translators and is a fairly recent translation. For those reasons, I would consider the NKJV more reliable than the YLT.

Worst by far is the King James Version, but others are not much better.

The boble is like a folk tale, there is no best translation, there are good tellers, and hearers that can find meaning in the tales.
Literalists, Pharisees, will be ever clueless!

2 and 3 are the worst.

the best translations are the NASB, NKJV. These are the best.
