Jk. Start doing small tasks first. Like clean your room, wash the dishes. Practicing small goals like that help, and after you are able to force yourself doing small tasks like that move on to bigger tasks. Also, exercising often help too, it makes you feel more active.

Stop being lazy! Nah I'm only joking. In the morning you need to watch your face with ice cold water, if that doesn't work then you should have a freezing cold shower to wake you up. Don't watch too much TV. Try and go outside, to the park and explore the fresh air

If you are the lazy one then you can fix that. If someone else is bothering you with their laziness, you aren't likely to get far. Lazy depends on someone else doing things for you.
