I don't know what it is, but there's a bizarre feeling I have that Seattle will actually struggle in this one. If you guys know playoff football, you know these wildcard teams are known to just get hot out of nowhere. Especially this season, most of them have double-digit wins.

While that is true, I still don't give them much of a chance. Carolina won last week, but did they win because they looked great or because Arizona looked inept on offense and special teams? It's more the latter if you watched the game.
For Carolina to win, Netwon will likely have to play the best game he has ever played and the defense will likely need to force more than 1 turnover.

Well the spread is at 9 1/2. So the odds makers don't think so. I don't give Carolina much of a chance ... but Wilson has thrown some ints this year in situations where he hasn't before. Maybe it's new receivers coming into the system (Norwood and Richardson) but turnovers are the back breakers. Carolina isn't the most ball hawking defense, but they do generate some. I think that's their primary chance.

Stop his ability to run & force him to be a pocket passer, and Cam Newton becomes a mediocre QB. Plus Carolina doesn't have the receivers to get through Seattle's secondary.

Upsets do happen and Seattle games, for the most part, always seem to be relatively low-scoring, until Seattle starts heating up later in the game. If Carolina can keep it close and prevent Seattle from picking things up, it's possible.
