How do I delete the system reserved partition from an old drive.?

I would like to make that drive entirely new, No partitions whatsoever. I have on it 3 partitions including the system reserved one. I want all the space to be used as a simple volume.

you should use a bottle able window cd and then delete it. it will be included in ur drive.
