Am I expecting too much too soon?

I'm trying to lose weight.
I'm 21, 5 feet tall, and currently 128 lbs.
I have past issues with anorexia and bulimia, which eventually plummeted into binge eating over the past 2 years.
I have received help for the emotional side of things, but I am now trying to get back down to a size I am more comfortable with , but by doing so the healthy way.
My set point weight, before the binge eating started was 101 lbs.

I have joined a YMCA, and I work out 5-6 times a week, doing weight machines, and about 20-40 minutes of moderate cardio on the elliptical or treadmill. I also walk uphill for school etc a total of about 45 minutes a day. One day a week I also have an aerial dance class, which is quite intense for about an hour, so on Mondays I am working out for about 3 hours in total. I do some form of yoga at least once a week.

I eat about 1300-1500 calories a day, all healthy meals. Oatmeal, peanut butter, green veggies, fruits, coconut milk, sometimes tuna. Etc.

I have been doing this for just over 2 weeks...but I haven't seem to have lost anything at all. My body is sore from working out, but I've lost maaybe a pound.

I know I don't drink enough water, but I am on vyvanse medication, I take B12 every morning...
Am i just used to my past habits and seeing results right away or could there possibly be some other issue here?

I don't have hypothyroism and all my levels have been fine. I sleep 6-7 hours a night.

Help?

My issues with anorexia and bulimia lasted from age 9-18, but I was never skeletal or severely underweight.

Studies have shown a connection between a lack of sleep and being overweight. You are only sleeping 6-7 hours per night, which seem inadequate.

Another problem, Coconut Milk, has about 560 calories per cup. A cup of ice cream is less, so it's like you are having a dessert with every cup. A cup of 1% Milk is only 102 calories. If you have only 1 cup of Coconut Milk, per day, your remaining calories is only 740-940. Not nearly enough to meet the needs of a balanced, nutritious diet.

Everything takes time. You're metabolism might just be slow from the binge eating. Focus on doing what you're doing now, you're great!
